"text": "Soul Toronados released \"Crazy Legs\" and b-side \"Bobby's Mood\" under the Westwood Record Company label in 1970.\n\nThe group consisted of Charles Heller who played drums and twin brother Bobby Heller on Hammond/Organ. They recruited James Crawford as a guitarist, but he left soon because he couldn't keep up the hard practicing the Heller twins did. They found James 'Boots' Smith and got him into the band.\n\nAfter some years, Ernest Burt discovered the bands talent and hired them to release Soul Toronados - Go For Yourself / Funky Thang in 1969 on Burt. They recorded Soul Toronados - Hot Pants Break Down / Boot's Grove a little later. This was released on Magic City recordings, also owned by Burt. In the Mid -70's, they recorded their third release, Soul Toronados - Crazy Legs. But this recording escaped the Magic City vaults for some reason and ended up in the hands of Ernie Malick of the Westwood Record Co. label under dubious circumstances."

"text": "François de Roubaix released \"Just Be Cool\" in 1970 on the Les Novices soundtrack.\n\t\nFrançois de Roubaix was a French multi-instrumentalist and composer for commercials, TV series, and about 30 feature-length films. After discovering jazz music in 1954, he started playing trombone in Parisian bars, becoming friends with actor Pierre Richard in the process. It soon turned out he had a great sense of melody and sound, and how to mix instruments. He scored his first film in 1965, moving into the world of soundtracks. In 1972 he was one of the first to install a home studio which he used a lot for both experimentation and finalized tracks, often working its 8 tracks with engineer Jean-Pierre Pellissier."
