Mary Jane has worked in informal education in the museum field for over 12 years, focusing on Coast Salish Tribal history. Her work focuses on decolonial practices, equity and inclusion, informal teaching, anti-stereotyping, and anti-appropriation. She served as co-chair to the Burke Museum’s Equity and Inclusion Committee for multiple terms and serves on UW’s Friends of the Educational Opportunity Board for the last five years."
