Keane lived in Coventry for most of her life before passing at age 73, and had originally planned to have the Irish epitaph “In ár gCroithe go deo” – which translates as “in our hearts forever” – engraved on her headstone. However, a court of the Church of England ruled that the Gaelic phrase could be interpreted as “political” or “provocative” if displayed without an English translation. The decision sparked widespread anger among the Irish community and in response, Fontaines D.C., wrote ‘Skinty Fia’’s opener ‘In ár gCroíthe go deo’ (“Gone is the day/ Gone is the night”) in response to the decision.\n\nhttps://fontainesdc.com/"

"text": "#612 on our countdown of the best opening tracks as voted BY YOU! \n\nPedestrian Verse is the fourth studio album by the Scottish indie rock band Frightened Rabbit, released on 4 February 2013. \nPedestrian Verse differed from the recording of the band's other records in that songs were written and practiced while on tour, rather than having the songs being novel when recording was commenced, giving the songs a more \"worn-in\" feel, rather than an \"edgy\" one. The record also marked the first instance of lead songwriter Scott Hutchison sharing the role with the rest of the band. As a result, Hutchison has stated that Pedestrian Verse is the best record that the band has produced."
