"text": "Alton McClain and Destiny was a disco girl group from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1978, the trio was composed of McClain, Delores Marie \"D'Marie\" Warren, and Robyrda Stiger. They signed to Polydor Records in the year of their formation and Frank Wilson produced their debut set. It was released as a self-titled album early in 1979 but then was repackaged under the title It Must Be Love several months later. The title track was released as a single and charted, but the second album did not sell well. The group was dropped less than a year after its release and they split in 1981."

In a 1976 interview on Capital Radio, Freddie Mercury was asked, \"Why tie your mother down?\" The Queen frontman replied, \"Well this one in fact is a track written by Brian actually, I dunno why. I think he's trying to outdo me after 'Death On Two Legs' actually.\"\n\nQueen commonly used explosions for effect during live and video performances of this song. During the video shoot, Roger Taylor was blown off his stool and off the stage due to an explosion placed in a bucket on his riser. While watching certain versions of the video you can see the part cut out, where Freddie turns around to face the back of the stage almost immediately.\n\nThe recording had to be stopped for a moment because Roger was on the floor. The duo comprises James Mercer of The Shins and Brian Burton (a.k.a. Danger Mouse), who is one half of Gnarls Barkley. Mercer and Burton first met face-to-face backstage at the 2004 Roskilde Festival in Copenhagen and in May 2008 took the opportunity to collaborate on original music.\n\nThe Quietus commented to Mercer that the song's melody sounds Shins-like, whilst other tracks on Broken Bells show the influence of his indie rock band. Mercer replied: \"There are probably elements that are similar. But it's also probably different in that Brian wrote some of it, so it doesn't all come from me. Originally, Sumner wanted to record the vocals with an erotic inflection comparable to that of Donna Summer's, but after recording the first take, he realised that the results were far from expectations and sounded as if he were \"stuck on the toilet with constipation.\"\n\nOn the naming of the track, Stephen Morris said, \"my car had been towed away and I had to remind myself to go and pay the fine. Donate Now:\nhttps://www.kexp.org/donate/ \n\nFugazi initially recorded material with producer Steve Albini at Chicago Recording Company with the intention of releasing an EP. The sessions produced an album's worth of material, but the band was unhappy with the result and re-recorded the material in Washington D.C., at Inner Ear Studios with producers Don Zientara and Ted Niceley. The original recordings have since been bootlegged on file-sharing networks.\n\nThe Chicago sessions meant that Fugazi arrived well-prepared for the second recording. According to singer/guitarist Guy Picciotto, “I think we really worked much harder on getting the songs together. We did a lot more pre-session demos, not just with Albini, but also using an 8-track reel-to-reel that we had bought to record our practices. It really changed the way we were able to work out the songs. It also helped us school ourselves a bit on how to engineer a basic recording.” https://tinyurl.com/5akxaeet"
